Suspended flakes in clear silicone (Solved)

Hey there, I need to create a material that looks like clear silicone with suspended flakes (see reference image below). I THOUGHT I could start with a bubbles texture and then simply change the native “geometry” to flakes, but this immediately blows up and makes the clear portion of the object completely disappear. Did I run into some sort of bug or am I missing variable somewhere?

(Solved: uncheck “flakes only” in flake property tab)

Hi Bryan

You could suplicate your geometry and apply the silicon material to the first one and flake on the second one.
Then you’ll have to tweek the settings to get the result you search.

You’ll have to duplicate multiple times to get different flakes colors (don’t forget to change flake’s seed).
